Salut, I’m Taylor.

Creatrix, Athlete, Double Scorpio, Shadow-Feminine Healer.

My dharma? Helping you reconnect with your primal & raw self, heal generational trauma, and awaken your own eros & dharma. My work is about empowering you to tap into your deepest desires, run in your fire, and unapologetically take space.

Nothing is taboo, it’s all existential kink. We’ll detoxify from societal programming, learned patterns, and undomesticate you from the “shoulds” or “rules.” Each offering is woven with a blend of research-based methodologies and traditional practices. Together, we explore the science of movement, the philosophical essence of yoga, and research-backed trauma-informed practices to transcend and echo into your life off the mat and/or off the race course.

Taylor holds her Master's in Education from Johns Hopkins University, Trauma-Informed Registered Yoga Teacher Certificate, Run Coaching, and Trauma-Informed Weight Lifting Certificate.
