Salut, I’m Taylor.

Creatrix, Athlete, Double Scorpio, Shadow-Feminine Healer.

I am known for empowering women, especially runners & yogis to access their primal, innate, most authentic selves, heal generational trauma, and liberate their eros and dharma. I’ll support you in tapping into your desires and taking up space boldly, wildly, unapologetically.

Tending to taboo topics, detoxifying from programming, and undomesticating yourself from the “shoulds” is my jam. Women can experience layers and textures to my work by exploring embodiment, somatic empowerment, shadow work, menstrual cycle awareness, conscious community & facilitation, archetypal wisdom, progressive overload, central nervous system partnership, masculine/feminine polarity, seasonal & cyclical living.

For my runners that seek more than a plan: blend proven training strategies with trauma-informed practices, nervous system regulation, and menstrual cycle alignment to optimize your runs and your well-being. Whether you're chasing a PR or rediscovering your stride, my coaching is designed for resilience, strength, and sustainable progress.

For my women who seek a transformational journey: through somatic healing, mindfulness practices, and coaching, I empower women to align their lives with their purpose. Together, we’ll build the clarity and resilience needed to thrive in every aspect of your life.

facilitator of growth & Healing

Trauma-informed educator with more than 14 years of experience facilitating learning, growing, integration, and healing spaces. Specializing in post-op and injured bodies, the menstrual cycle, and generational trauma.

Taylor is passionate about helping individuals reclaim their birthright- to feel good in their bodies through a blend of research-based somatic practices and trauma-informed (ti) coaching. She is a native South Floridian, ti-yoga teacher, run and weight lifting coach. As a former competitive dancer and cheerleader, Taylor’s coaching is deeply rooted in anatomy while offering holistic approach to well-being. 

She specializes in helping women, especially runners, feel empowered in their training by implementing menstrual cycle awareness, embodied metaphor for body-led healing, and proven mobility, running, strength training methodologies to ensure athletes claim their real PR: thriving in life. 

Taylor is passionate about running for joy and healing, choosing to run because you GET to and the tentacles of that. PRs are normally a cherry on top, and as she was taking videos of herself in Times Square during the recent United Half, she realized she was going to PR so put her phone away and booked it the last 2.1 miles. 

As a dedicated runner, Taylor has claimed 2 of 6 world major marathons, countless other marathons, halfs, and Disney races, and is gearing up to run the Broad Street 10-miler run with her partner, Matt in May.
