Embracing rest, recovery, and adjustment along the way is key, especially when we embrace spiralic messiness and imperfections that are “idealized” standards.

Here’s your invitation to reconnect with your body, mind, and sacred spirit. This is a deep, transformation process that connects you with your true essence and goes beyond the mileage, the weights lifted, and the yoga practiced.

The body can innately heal, you can live fully, intentionally, and authentically YOU.

  • Taylor understands the body holds the imprints of our entire lives, and perhaps even previous lifetimes- both the physical and emotional. Taylor supports her clients in releasing stored & remembered emotions and tensions. Healing is a process of restoring balance and she can help you reclaim your trust in your own body.

  • The journey > the destination. Growth, transformation, and evolution come from sustained, mindful effort which fosters deep, lasting shifts. This process is spiralic, cyclical, and not linear. Setbacks, injury are part of the process and create space for you to embrace a deeper, more truer version of you.

  • A fusion of physical, emotional, and spiritual practices to help you view your body has an interconnected system. With expertise as a run coach, yoga teacher, somatic therapist, mobility specialist, and educator, we integrate various modalities to support your well-being. This may include movement practices, nutrition, breathwork, yoga, and restorative activities that allow you to feel into vitality. Your physical body is a mirror into our emotional, mental, and spiritual expression.

  • You are unique. Your soul’s purpose is unique. You can tap into your own wisdom and intuition and create space for all the light, all the shadow and everything in between.

  • The question isn’t “have I done [enough of] to deserve [rest/whatever it may be], but rather, “have I filled my own cup/slept/recovered enough to do xyz?”

    Self-compassion, grace, patience, and honoring your body — allowing the body to be a human body/BEing— is what allows for us to shift the needle from surviving to thriving!

  • By acknowledging our body is more than just a physical vessel, we integrate practices that help you attune to your most true self. Taylor brings in somatic practices, mindfulness, body-led exercises to find your balance and true, authentic healing.

  • The earth is 60% water. Our body is 60% water. If the earth’s tides are impacted by the moon, there’s no reason why ours isn’t.

    Since we are of earth, and earth has her seasons, there’s no reason why we shouldn’t be in alignment with her winter, spring, summer, and autumn.

  • Connect with your inner wisdom and the energy of the universe by understanding your body’s responses and being in conversation with them.

    Guidance and accountability rooted in understanding what your specific attachment, expectation, and alignment frameworks are. You want to stay committed not because of external [pressure, but because you are in tune with your own unique blueprint.
