Taylor is the Founder and Creatrix of Body Alchemy Project and the architect behind her revolutionary, Cyclical Training Methodology. She has expertise in working with athletes and women who want to break (& heal) generational trauma, heal pre/post op (injury) experiences, and autoimmune warriors.

Taylor likes her own body to Kintsugi art, each healing experience, like threads of gold, weaves through her body. Perhaps, not as before but more complete, vibrant, and alive. Ask her how she moved through sprained ankles, torn shoulder labrum, and medial meniscus tear beyond and post surgery/PT and manages PCOS.

Taylor has her Masters in Education from Johns Hopkins University and dual Bachelor Degrees in International Affairs and Religion from Florida State University. She holds her Yoga Teacher Certificate from Charm City Yoga. Taylor is a forever student and received her foundational trauma-informed yoga training under Amani Yoga/The Center for Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Further, she has her Trauma-Informed Weight Lifting Certificate under Mariah Rooney and Candace Liger/Center for Restorative Justice. Taylor’s lineage is of Charm City Yoga, having practiced under Kim Manfredi, Keith Golden, and Jessica Crowley Ambrose. Taylor has continued to study under and with Maya Basik since 2021.

Embodied Action.

More than a movement. Every month, a portion of energetic exchanges is donated to support animal rescue organizations and Live Like Roo

As the organization dedicated to supporting animals that are fighting a cancer diagnosis, Live Like Roo provides emotional, financial lifelines for families and shelters.

Choosing to receive coaching, mentorship, and programming with Body Alchemy Project extends far beyond the partnership. It signifies a lifeline to our furry family members. Together, we have the power to help heal, provide relief for families, and love for our animals. Live Like Roo provides hope, sometimes the most important thing in a cancer diagnosis.
