While other programs masquerade as mindset challenges, we believe they do so through the lens of production > presence, masculine > feminine, doing > being, and perfection > progress.
This all-or-nothing mindset is not only rigid but infuses failure as something that is to be mitigated (versus learned and grown from), cultivates unsustainable expectations with no room or grace for life happening, focuses on “discipline” over compassion on our body, preaches a one-size-fits-all approach that is coded in toxic masculinity, and completely ignores overall wellness and [normal] fluctuating hormones.

Instead of punishing ourselves and further perpetuating the acculturation of production and doing to earn or deserve, we’ve launched 30-Day Flex Living, a philosophy that encourages sustainable growth, self-love, and body-first living, which often leads to more meaningful and lasting results—without the burnout.
